SHIPPING + PICKUP

Order Preparation

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping or in-store pickup. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Orders are not prepared every day. For example, an order placed on Saturday may not be fulfilled until Tuesday.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: $5
• Free standard shipping: Orders over $150

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as eligible P.O. boxes and military addresses. Shipping availability is determined by the address entered at checkout.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Estimates

Orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery is generally estimated at 2–5 business days after USPS receives your package, in addition to order preparation time.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and certain other destinations may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather or carrier delays.

In-Store Pickup

Pickup is available at our Ridgefield, Longview and Sumner stores. Select an available pickup location at checkout.

Please allow up to 3 business days for preparation. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Wait for that email before visiting the store.

Longview pickup is available Tuesday–Saturday. For Ridgefield and Sumner, collect your order during the location’s business hours.

Collecting Your Order

Please provide your name and order number when picking up your purchase.

Paid pickup orders have no collection deadline and will be held until you’re able to collect them.
